Ingredients:

5.3 oz (150g) Greek yogurt

1 tbsp chia seeds

A few drops of MyProtein Flavor Drops (cheesecake flavor) – or use honey, agave syrup, or any other sugar-free sweetener

Fruit of choice – I used frozen mixed berries and half a banana
